This tea is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! It’s amazing because not only is it tasty, but it can help you fend of f a cold or a flu, it has anti-inflammatory properties, it is great for digestion, it supports the immune system, it has cancer-fighting abilities, it is used for weight management and fat metabolism, it helps reduce pain, and it supports brain activity.

Sounds like this is too good to be true? It isn’t! Ginger and Turmeric have been traditionally used for

their medicinal properties for centuries and today many clinical studies have been conducted to back up these claims.

Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and chopped in relatively small pieces
  • 1 tbsp of raw honey
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cups of boiling water

What you need to do:

Place all the ingredients in a tea pot. Pour the boiling water over, cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Drink throughout the day. It’s best on an empty stomach.
